How to Order
To order pearls, after choosing the ones desired and calculating the total cost, email us your order together with the amount sent, your snail-mail address, full name, phone number and the method of payment used. We are not able to ship to addresses with PO Boxes. It is advisable to check with us on the availability of the desired pearl/s prior to transferring funds. We will need a contact number along with your address.
Please note that shipping costs are included in the prices. No minimum orders. Delivery time depends on the destination and the size of the order--large orders are possibly shipped by courier; otherwise EMS. All shipments are F.O.B., Bogor, Indonesia.

Shipping Methods & Time of Delivery
Packages are normally shipped via EMS/Pos Ekspor or a suitable courier (if it is a large order--US$100 and over). In certain situations we may be forced to ship via registered airmail--especially to certain far-flung countries with small orders or where our local EMS/Pos Ekspor do not network to. Packages shipped through EMS/Pos Ekspor/courier are fast--anywhere between 2--15 days. Registered airmail takes much longer and is non-trackable, might take 1-5 weeks. We do not recommend packages shipped via airmail as it is risky and loss is quite possible--we cannot assume responsibility for this. If your order is small and you live in a country where our local EMS/Ekspor do not network to your country you may opt for courier--additional charges are required for this. Return Policy
We do accept returns under the following conditions: we should be notified of intended returns by email no later than 3 days after the purchaser receives the package (we can track the date of delivery), and the package should be returned to us no later than 10-days after the package has been received. The item/s should not be damaged or substituted in any way. In cases of suspected foul play, we reserve the right not to accept returns and offer refunds--in such an event the purchaser returns merchandise at his own risk. Refunds will be given minus the initial shipping cost, the approximate transfer fee of the refund and a 15% restocking fee. We do not accept pearls returned to us for the purpose of substituting for another--mustika pearls should always be chosen carefully prior to purchase. This return policy does not apply to packages shipped by Bezoarmustikapearls.com through registered airmail--the return policy for the latter is null and void.

Discounts
A 20% discount is given for 5 pearls or more. This is applicable only to pearls worth US$400 and less. Discounts for the purchases of several higher-priced pearls will be considered individually.
