Fossilized "Oyot Mimang"
This object is referred to as the "Root of Confusion/Disorientation." It has no beginning or ending in its root--it grew as a torus. This is often found in certain banyan trees and its variant. Local natives of the Indonesian archipelago prize this root for its magickal qualities. It is said that whosoever comes within its proximity with evil or negative intentions will find that they will not be able to leave its presence. The Oyot Mimang is often kept in homes to capture intruders and thieves. Under the influence of the magickal root,  these would wander in the house in confusion and disorientation without being able to find their way out.
